Once
upon a time Frances Scorah (left) had 2
beautiful shoe boutiques, and in her never
ending search for the best and most special
shoes in the land, she met Rikke Hjelde
(right), Danish designer of extraordinary
talent. When Frances set eyes on Rikke's
designs, she knew it was love at first sight…and
her hunt for the creative design force behind
her planned shoe label had finally ended.
Since those early heady days of 2003 when
the Scorah Pattullo collection was sold
exclusively in the London stores, Frances
and Rikke have worked together tirelessly
(with only your happiness in mind) to produce
consistently beautiful, original, and truly
directional collections that can now be
bought the whole world over. Other dedicated
members of the small but beautifully formed
SP team are; Alice, who has the pleasure
of letting the best stores in the world
sell these collections; Massimo, who looks
after the Tuscan based production, and takes
Frances and Rikke for the best pasta in
the world; and Brigita, who provides a very
personal and excellent service to online
shoppers
